About personal data

Personal data is defined as information that can identify a currently living person, such as an e-mail address, telephone number, IP number etc. Processing of personal data is everything that takes place with personal data. Examples of common forms of processing are collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation, transfer and erasure. There must be legal grounds for all processing.
