GDPR and privacy – How do we share personal data with other parties?

Within Visma

Visma is made up of numerous different units, where products and services can be delivered in cooperation or delegated between units. Personal data may be shared with other units within Visma in order to offer the best possible customer service.

Outside Visma

Svensk e-identitet may also share personal data with third parties when there is a legitimate reason from a business perspective, in accordance with applicable regulations. This may also be done in order to defend Svensk e-identitet’s legitimate interests, for example in civil suits or criminal proceedings, or a transfer of company ownership.

Data may also be shared with approved cooperation or federation partners who process personal data on behalf of the customer/user when they log in to systems or services.

The police and other authorities also have the right to demand the release of personal data by Svensk e-identitet. However, this only takes place if there is a documented official decision to do so.
