GDPR and privacy – What types of personal data are processed?

Svensk e-identitet does not process any personal data of a sensitive nature. We also follow the minimisation principle, which means that we only process the type of personal data that is necessary to fulfil the purpose.

The following personal data may be processed by Svensk e-identitet in various contexts:

  • Basic contact information such as the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as company/organisation and role.
  • Personal identity number.
  • Feedback, comments and questions about Svensk e-identitet or questions about our products and services.
  • Content that the person has provided to us such as images or text.
  • Credit card information, billing address and credit reports. Note that a credit card number is only used when paying for the services ordered and is not saved by us for other purposes.
  • Unique user information about user names, passwords and security questions.
  • User attribute data such as group affiliation, two-factor log-ins, employee assignments, job titles etc.
  • Data from your web browser such as the device type, language, IP address and geographical location.
  • User names for logging in to various identity platforms (such as Google, Facebook and OpenID).
  • User data connected with our services and products.
  • Data about which e-mail is opened and when.
  • Other personal data that you yourself have posted in social media such as LinkedIn
